Betsey pays tribute to the much watched and much anticipated engagement between the dashing Prince William and the beautiful Kate Middleton. Betsey Johnson even created her own version of Princess Diana's blue sapphire engagement ring, which features a heart faux "sapphire" stone surrounded by sparkly clear crystals. The blue heart pieces make a lovely set, and are a beautiful tribute to a lovely lady.
